after two heartwarming editions in the cocoon that is S14, we're leaving the nest. this season, the happy crappy queers are setting up camp in the city centre. on saturday 10th of august the antwerp pride parade will travel through the city and we are breathing down its neck. our goal: documenting, disrupting and dancing together!
the happy crappy queers come together to highlight the free and non-commercial nature of what pride is about. we're not participating in the official pride parade, but we're providing an alternative way to engage with it. join our queer community!

alternative frequencies: listen along during antwerp pride at radio centraal
radio centraal is a kindred spirit: as one of the last independent radio stations they are stubbornly non-commercial. they share their sounds through the airwaves via 106.7 FM or online. since they are located on the kaaien, the parade is passing by on their doorstep.
turning the radio centraal studios inside out, they become our queer lookout, we'll be broadcasting live: 3 hours of performances, interviews, joyful queer tunes and flying reporters crashing parties and protests left and right. look up while passing by or listen along from wherever you are!

B O I is an Antwerp based band formed by songwriter Indra Aubroeck (vocals, guitars). This all female queer outfit further consists of Chloë Maes (Statue, Stef Kamil Carlens) on guitars and keys, Marieke Hutsebaut (The Spectors) on bass and backing vocals and Caia Croes on drums and electronics.
Captivating lyrics mixed with mesmerizing instruments form the base/serve as the foundation of B O I’s music. Drenched in a grungy sauce, B O I makes catchy pop songs with a twist.
