The VTM, would decide the toilet atmosphere, decorating the toilets and performing characters, like curating toilets. The incoming money get's divided based on the work + the rest is to finance a collective desire. 3 simple rules: The toilet has to be clean, you have to be polite, and present a character.
An iron ranger isan iron cash box instead of an actual park ranger. Some stores also use them for selling newspapers to avoid lines at a cash register.
This is a party concept and solidarity exchange. A disco hosts a game "horse in bucket" if you win you can print t-shirts in many colours. The donations go to the resources of the workspace. The printing of the t-shirt, you do yourself - so it is not serviced based but a craft/technic exchange.

Common Wallet is a shared bank account and an experiment of radical trust created by a small community of ten people mainly based in Brussels. The members are artists and cultural producers with different lifestyles, levels of wealth and family conditions. Every income generated by the participants is shared in one common bank account. Any member of the Common Wallet can take money from this account based on their needs and with responsibility towards the group and life’s projects. This means that all everyday and regular expenses such as rent / mortgage, food, clothing, energy, transport are paid for by this common pot of resources.
